General Terms & Conditions

• Each individual may only register one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on 69bd is 18. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Age verification may be required using a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Parental responsibility: Please ensure that underage members of your household are unable to access 69bd.
• Professional athletes or related personnel may not place bets on their own events.

Deposits & Withdrawals

69bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

• The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same.
• Account balances that remain unused for a defined period may be subject to inactivity fees.

Betting Rules

• Bets once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The maximum bet limit per event is set individually for each market.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. In the case of rescheduled matches, 69bd's specific policy will apply.

Bonuses & Rewards

69bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bd platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.

• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Involvement in a betting syndicate or coordinated betting activity.

Account Closure & Suspension

69bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• For security reasons or as required by legal obligations.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time, with the option to withdraw any valid remaining balance. Self-exclusion can also be requested as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

69bd's liability for any loss arising from the use of the platform is limited. 69bd accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• When service is disrupted due to internet outages or third-party technical issues.
• If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Claims for emotional or financial compensation due to betting losses.

Betting is a risky activity. You have chosen to take on this risk knowingly, and you are solely responsible for any financial losses that may result.
